Refund Policy

At Homico, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our refund and return policy.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care products, and gift cards cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • If rejected, we will provide an explanation and return the item to you.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at homicoproducts@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
